Guidelines for Parents Dealing With Sick Kids
Hi everyone!
This is a copy of the drug guidelines with the consent to test form
attached. Please don't forget that I need the original signed consent in
my office ASAP . Any student who parks on campus or who is involved in
any extracurricular activity must have a signed form on file or they
cannot participate.
I also need to know who will be new to district coaches and if we
need to set up a date in August prior to school starting.
